Officer Bios FRANK FLYNN, PRESIDENT Frank Flynn is the President of
Amerish International Corp. His primary responsibilities are the establishment and
maintenance of African and Saudi Arabian accounts and working with the
Government of Liberia in Washington, D.C. Through Mr. Flynn's efforts in Saudi
Arabia, Amerish International Corp. has become a major supplier to the King
Faisal Foundation, King Khalad University, Saudi National Guard, Labah
Contracting, and Saudi Services and Operating Company. His efforts are
officially classified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce as such. From 1981 to 1985 Mr. F. Flynn was Director of Procurement and Commercial Services for TransCentury Corporation. He developed and managed contracts resulting in over eighty million dollars of commodities. He also acted as a consultant to the United Nations traveling throughout Africa on U.N. projects. He also has conducted training seminars at the George Mason University of Law and U.S.A.l.D. locations around the world. From 1976 to 1980 Mr. F. Flynn was
Partner & Executive Vice President of the American Construction Machinery and Equipment
Corp. He managed projects with the Governments of Pakistan, Iraq, Liberia, Afghanistan and Egypt. The total amount of contracts were
one hundred and forty seven million
dollars. From 1954 to 1976 Mr. F. Flynn was
employed by H.O. Penn Machinery Co. He was a sales representative covering the
five boroughs of New York City inspecting and evaluating Caterpillar equipment
for the construction industry. He was also a Parts manager and Purchasing agent
for H.O. Penn Machinery Co. KEVIN P. FLYNN, VICE PRESIDENT Before joining Amerish International Corp., Kevin Flynn served as a specialist for Accenture in the telecommunications field working with one of the largest telecoms in the United States. He also has a background in business development and funding. He has strong computer skills with multiple program languages and network knowledge. Kevin Flynn has an Associates degree in Business and received his BA in Management from William Paterson University. Working in the US and overseas for EnerCon Inc. he developed and established distribution networks for Bectron Ltd. a company specializing in energy conservation for the hospitality industry and played a vital role is the securing of a GSA (General Service Administration) contract for the sale of energy products to the US Government. Kevin Flynn is the web developer for Amerish.
MICHAEL B. SCHWING, CONTROLLER Controller. Mr. Schwing holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting from Merrimack College, North Andover, MA. Mr. Schwing began his accounting career in the banking industry and in a public accounting setting followed by five years as Assistant Controller in a large regional insurance agency. Before joining Amerish International Corp., he has held various accounting positions with increasing responsibility for Bio Energy and its affiliates including the creation and maintenance of financial statements, tax returns and basis calculations on existing and start-up companies, the overseeing of all financial operations, development of financial analyses, budget and tax planning, the arranging of all insurance products including liability, business interruption, casualty, health, life, disability and workmen's compensation, and management of support personnel.
Mr.
Schwing is responsible for budgeting, tax planning, risk management, and all
administrative functions within Amerish's organization. JOSEPH M. FLYNN, VICE PRESIDENT Before joining Amerish International Corp., Joseph Flynn served as Vice President of Debt Markets Management Reporting for Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith where he was responsible for consolidated P&L's for all fixed income related products. He was also involved in Product Profitability analysis and development of consolidated budget systems. He began at Merrill as a Senior Financial Systems Analyst where he worked to develop Merrill's present data warehouse for all P&L information. He also was project manager of the in-house inter-company system which consolidated and coordinated financial transactions between every general ledger and every major subsystem. Prior to working at Merrill, he worked for G.P. Winter Associates, a large New York City construction management firm, as Director of Finance and Information Services for two year.
For the two years preceding that, he
was the Manager of Information Systems for Sharplan Lasers, Inc. where he
developed their financial forecasting and budgeting system, sales tracking
system, and their inventory control systems. From 1985 through 1988, Mr. Flynn
worked for Weichert Company Realtors beginning as a staff accountant and
eventually becoming Divisional Comptroller of their Commercial Real Estate
Division. He also worked as liaison between the Finance department and the M.I.S.
department coordinating all computerized systems that were finance related. From
1982 to 1985 Mr. Flynn worked for H. Nutile and Company as a Staff Accountant. Joseph Flynn has a Master Degree in Organizational Design from the University of Colorado, a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance with a Minor in Management Information Systems from William Paterson College. CRAIG CASSARINO
Mr. Cassarino
received his formal education at the Antioch, New England graduate school. He
has worked in the environmental field for more than twenty-five years and is
recognized as a pioneer and expert in the areas of recycling program design,
composting, materials processing facilities, renewable energy and sustainable
development. Mr. Cassarino founded and is currently a director of Ecologica International Ltd., a Brazilian consulting and development company involved in Energy, Integrated Waste Management and Environmental Sustainability. Mr. Cassarino was founder and President of the Recycling Development Corporation of America, Inc., which planned, designed, financed, owned and operated the Milford and Derry, New Hampshire Recycling Facility. Mr. Cassarino was Director of Recycling for Consumat SANCO, Inc., of Concord, New Hampshire and Consumat Systems of Richmond, Virginia, where he was responsible for the development of fully integrated systems incorporating waste-~energy, composting, recycling and land filling, throughout the United States. As an associate with J.A. Hayden Associates, he served as technical advisor in the fields of recycling and composting for the design of state policy and recycling systems in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Mr. Cassarino conceptualized, planned, designed and operated the Wilton Recycling Facility, in Wilton, NH, which was recognized by the National Recycling Coalition in 1987 as the best rural recycling system in the United States. Concurrently, Mr. Cassarino was a partner in New England Alternative Fuels (NEA), in Brattleboro, Vermont, where he was jointly responsible for the first successful recovery of gas to electricity from a landfill site in the United States. Mr. Cassarino's work has provided him the opportunity to travel extensively and make presentations throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Latin America. Mr. Cassarino is fluent in English and Portuguese. Dr Gonzaga was the International Economic and Political Risk advisor for Bio Development International Corporation. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Inter American University in Puerto Rico and his MBA and Ph.D. in Business Administration from Universidad de los Pueblos in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dr Gonzaga’s past experiences include ownership of New England Business Brokerage, Caribbean Business Investments, General Manager and General Partner of IBS Prefab and Architectural Engineering, Cerdi-Unico a meat processing plant, and President of OPM Developer is Puerto Rico. |
