Poultry ProductionAmerish International Corp. in conjunction with major poultry manufactures can build, operate and transfer a poultry production facility that includes installation and training and long term financing. The complex will include the facilities for hatching, breeding, feed processing and slaughter. We include total training of farm and processing plant personnel and management. Project Concept This is a 4 stage process Hatchery - Baby chick production unit based on incubation process. Breeding Farm - Prefabricated breeding houses and equipment Feed Plant Unit Bird feed production unit Slaughterhouse - Meat processing unit Only equipment selected for the reliability of their products will be incorporated into our production facility. Processing Capacity During its first year of commercial operations the Poultry Processing Facilities will have the capacity to process +/- 16,000 tons of chicken meat and a capacity to expand each year there after. The facilities will include breeding houses, production facilities which include chicken slaughter, handling, production packaging, freezing, storage and transportation facilities to local markets and export destinations. The facility will employ +/- 200 personnel. Each breeding house operates like an autonomous business and unit managed by 1 farm agent who reports to the breading house supervisor
